Jim Bourg, a photographer who was capturing the riot in the Capitol said that he heard Trump protestors saying that they want to find and execute Mike Pence, the Vice president for his treason.
Jim Bourg tweeted, “I heard at least 3 different rioters at the Capitol say that they hoped to find Vice President Mike Pence and execute him by hanging him from a Capitol Hill tree as a traitor,”
Hundreds of protestors attacked the Capitol in the US on January 6. The pro-Trump protestors tried to overturn the 2020 presidential election.
Jim Bourg, the photographer also added “It was a common line being repeated. Many more were just talking about how the VP should be executed.”
Till now 5 death have been confirmed in the riots. A woman was shot dead and a Police officer was beaten to death by the Trump supporters. Rest 3 people died due to medical emergencies.
At a rally before the joint session in Capitol Trump agitated his supporters and urged them to move to Capitol and stop the counting and barred Joe Biden’s victory.
“States want to correct their votes, which they now know were based on irregularities and fraud, plus corrupt process never received legislative approval. All Mike Pence has to do is send them back to the States, AND WE WIN. Do it, Mike, this is a time for extreme courage!” Trump tweeted.
Twitter has banned Donald Trump’s account permanently. His Facebook and Instagram are also banned.
