Exclusive interview with Sanjay Arunkumar

Sanjay Arunkumar receives the Global Pride Award 2021. He has won top ranking 1,2,3, and 4 in several national and international Olympiads of math, science, and English subjects. Here’s an exclusive interview with Sanjay Arunkumar:

Please tell us a bit about yourself.

I am Sanjay Arunkumar doing Grade 2 at Capstone high school, Bangalore. I achieved 21 world records, 9 national records and 40 national and international awards. I won more than 400 prizes in extracurricular activities, including storytelling, fancy dress, drawing, art and craft, cube solving, puzzle solving, Quiz contests, Speech, Spell bee, Essay writing, Math contests. I had also won top ranking 1,2,3 and 4 in various national and international Olympiads of math, science, and English subjects. I also have coded games.

What were the challenges that you faced initially, and how did you overcome them?

I just did all the things with my interest in exploring new things. I learnt the values of concentration and dedication, which made me a successor today.

What has been your most significant achievement?

The proudest moment was when my nomination for Bal Shakthi puraskar (national child award) was accepted.

How do you come up with new ideas?

I used to explore new things and keep asking questions on various genres and never ended up my explorations without a perfect answer.

Who is your biggest inspiration?

Captain the cool M.S Dhoni. I learnt that patience rules the world that helps us to achieve greater things.

What motivates you?

The great sayings of Swami Vivekananda, “”Arise, Awake, till you reach the goal”” motivates me always.

What does a typical day look like for you?

I gained another 24 hours to explore myself and the world better.

Who do you look toward for advice?

My family who are always with me in all my success and failures.

How do you define success?

Success should not be an end, but it should be the beginning of the achievement story.

What are your growth plans for the next 12 months?

I plan to complete my advanced coding courses, basic professional cricket training to accomplish my goals.
