Before his role at Agoda, Krishna spent five transformative years at Paytm from 2015 to 2020, where he built and scaled the Movies and Events ticketing business. Krishna introduced customer-centric features such as Cancellation Protect, which was the first of its kind in the industry and allowed users to cancel movie tickets easily, revolutionizing customer convenience. Another significant innovation under his leadership was Paytm First Cut, which provided Indian moviegoers with exclusive premieres of Hollywood blockbusters, giving them the chance to watch major releases ahead of global audiences. His journey at Paytm followed a tenure at EY, where he developed deep expertise in strategy and digital transformation, laying the groundwork for his e-commerce career.
