Vikrant Goyal is a dynamic force in education, publishing, and business, known for his commitment to innovation and growth. Born into the esteemed Goyal family, which has a rich history in educational publishing, Vikrant has significantly expanded this legacy while co-founding ventures that reflect his entrepreneurial spirit. After studying at Delhi Public School R.K. Puram and earning a degree in international business from the University of Manchester, Vikrant returned to India with fresh ideas to invigorate the family business. His return heralded a transformative era for the Goyal Group, where he emerged as a key player driving growth across various sectors. He has been recognized as one of the “40 under 40 Industry Leaders 2024” highlights his outstanding contributions to education and publishing. 

Goyal Brothers Prakashan: Central to the Goyal Group is Goyal Brothers Prakashan, a leader in K-12 educational publishing in India. Vikrant modernized the company’s operations, steering it into the digital age with advanced publishing solutions. His expertise in both traditional publishing and technology helped expand Goyal Brothers’ reach internationally. Vikrant’s leadership solidified the company’s strong position in the K-12 education sector and facilitated its growth in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

Goyal Books Overseas (GCC): Upon joining, the company had five retail stores in the GCC. With Vikrant’s organizational skills and his father’s mentorship, the company tripled its footprint to 15 stores across the Middle East. This expansion significantly enhanced its regional presence. The company has also received the CAPEXIL Award of Merit in Export from the Indian government almost annually for the past two decades. In recognition of his contributions, Vikrant was honored by Sri Lanka’s Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena at the CBSE Gulf Sahodaya Conference in February 2024, and he received an award from India’s Minister of Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, in December 2023.

Inventant Education: Not content with just expanding existing businesses, Vikrant co-founded Inventant Education, a STEM-focused publishing company aimed at transforming K-12 student engagement in science, technology, engineering, and math. The company emphasizes “learning by doing,” reflecting Vikrant’s commitment to innovative education. His vision for Inventant aligns with his long-term goal of merging traditional learning with hands-on experiences that foster curiosity and critical thinking among students, leading to rapid growth and popularity in the K-12 sector.

Educators Guild of India: Vikrant also founded the Educators Guild of India, a platform designed to unite educators from across the country.
