For over 12 years, Umang has held the position of Vice President at Raja Bahadur International Ltd (RBIL), a company with a rich history dating back over 130 years. Originally known for textiles and precision engineering products, RBIL has evolved into a public limited company and is now a significant player in the real estate development sector. Recognized as one of the 40 under 40 Industry Leaders, Umang has successfully led the company’s transition to modern real estate ventures while continuing to honor its legacy.

One of Umang’s most notable achievements at RBIL is the conceptualization and development of “The Mills,” a mixed-use lifestyle destination that has become a sought-after location in Pune.
