Nishhit Sood one of the pioneer Serial Entrepreneur behind Multiple Ventures has a distinguished story behind it. Starting from his education towards his entrepreneurial journey & way of giving back to society.

Nishhit Sood Education: 

Nishhit since his childhood has been recognized as one of the leaders being a head boy at well known School of Delhi; Delhi Public School, Mathura Road. Post that he has done his Graduation from the State University of New York, with a BSc in Finance & Economics, Presidential scholarship, Summa Cum Laude. He earned a degree in Joint Executive MBA: from Olin Business School, Washington University, and IIT Mumbai later did his MDP: at Stanford, London Business School, ISB, and MIT.

Journey and Personal Mantra: Nishhit’s journey from an enthusiastic beginner to an experienced Entrepreneur has been full of ups and downs. He has tried his hands at 8 businesses out of which 2 had to be shut down and 6 are today running and profitable. His mantras for success are the following: 

• Fail early and fail fast 
• Understand a Niche Market and Develop deep expertise in it. 
• Go after sanity metrics (profits) instead of vanity matrix (topline).
• Stay disciplined, consistent, and determined to do the same things over and over again. In the long term, it is only the disciplined and determined who succeed. 
• Adversity and failure are the biggest teachers, they should be celebrated and more openly talked about instead of just success. 

Entrepreneurial Journey:

Nishhit Sood; is a Serial Entrepreneur and has founded 8 businesses over the last 16 years. Businesses include outsourcing, Fintech, corporate training and consulting, IT & marketing services, and business automation. Today, these businesses range from USD 2 Million to USD 50 million in annual sales.  2 out of those 8 businesses are recognized as great places to work from the Great Places to Work (GPW) institute. One of his Businesses has already been covered as a case study at “Harvard Business School on the topic of Entrepreneurship”. 

Industry: 

Nishhit has been in the State Leadership Team of CII Delhi State and has been part of many policy and advisory committees in their ecosystem. He was earlier the Chairman of their youth wing, Young Indians. He was also a member of the FICCI Young Leaders’ Group and has been associated with other organizations like NASSCOM, AIMA, and AMA. 

Contributions to the Community: 

In addition to his professional achievements, Nishhit is a strong believer in giving back to the community. Through their corporate CSR, they sponsor the education of the underprivileged. Personally, Nishhit sponsors education and other literacy initiatives of various NGO’s. He believes education is the key to uplifting the country and a roadmap to generational success. Nishhit also regularly visits premier schools and colleges in Delhi & Gurgaon as a guest lecturer to Inspire Students to become Entrepreneurs.

He is widely recognized for his ability to build, nurture, and optimize high-performing units, creating a culture of excellence and collaboration. His dedication & accomplishments towards society as a whole get him accolades as a recipient of 40 Under 40 India 2024 Leaders. Two out of his Eight organizations are already ranked great places to work by the GPW Institute.
