With over 10 years of experience, Mr. Swamy’s journey began in the United States, where he worked as a Manufacturing Engineer for Boeing. Upon returning to India, Mr. Swamy embarked on an entrepreneurial venture aimed at revolutionizing defense technology. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic Pune, a B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sinhgad Institute of Technology, Lonavala, and a master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the Technical University of Berlin, Germany. His academic achievements were further distinguished by the Reinhardt Abraham Scholarship, awarded for outstanding performance in Germany. Additionally, Mr. Swamy’s expertise is complemented by his Green Belt in Six Sigma and proficiency in Lean Management, emphasizing his commitment to operational efficiency.

In September 2023, Mr. Swamy joined Nibe Limited as the Group Chief Technical Officer. His exceptional leadership and strategic vision quickly earned him the additional role of CEO. Nibe Limited, listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), specializes in the integrated manufacturing of critical defense systems and subsystems.
